How to Order A Filter Quickly and Correctly?

Selection Guide

You can determine the type of filter based on the characteristics of the liquid to be filtered and the working environment.

Filter Type Selection
  • Selection by liquid characteristics
    • If the liquid to be filtered is highly viscous, you may choose a scraper self-cleaning filter or a pneumatic disc filter;
    • If the liquid to be filtered is low viscous, you may choose an automatic backwashing filter.
  • Selection by working environment
    • In catalyst recovery and gas desulfurization applications, candle filters are an ideal choice;
    • In vegetable oil filtration applications, pressure vane filters are mostly employed;
    • In water treatment applications, cartridge filters re employed to protect downstream equipment from damage, etc.
Filter Element Selection
  • Firstly, We need to choose the materials for filter elements based on the chemical compatibility of the liquid to be filtered and the material. For example, polyester fiber filter bags cannot be used in the filtration of strong alkali solutions, because strong alkali at room temperature will destroy its fiber.
  • Secondly, the final cartridge model is determined according to the flow rate of the system, the size of impurity particles, temperature, pressure, etc.

  1. Product inquiry
    When you need to buy a filter, you may contact us directly and tell us your needs and requirements for the filter (direct purchase of filter products or customized according to your requirements).
  2. Quotation and product confirmation
    We will offer you an accurate quotation according to your requirements and further confirm the details of the product (custom specifications, parts, etc.).
  3. Sign a contract
    When you are satisfied with our price and we are familiar with the products you want, we can sign a contract. Here we will record the type, quantity, specifications, price, delivery time of products you need in details.
  4. Product production
    When an order is placed, we will organize the production according to the workshop production schedule, your requirements, delivery time, etc. We will report the production progress to you during the production. In addition, we will conduct full inspection on all goods before delivery to ensure that all products you received are qualified.
  5. On-time delivery
    When the finished product inspection is finished, we will deliver the goods in time to ensure that you can receive your goods within the agreed period.
  6. After-sales service
    We will make a telephone return visit, record your satisfaction after receiving the product, and make improvements according to your comments. If you have any problem, we will respond quickly and help you solve the problem.
